John WorldPeace believes that a minimum health care system must be put in place by the federal government. At the same time, John believes that without the present incentives in the private health care system, the quality of medical care as well as the continued advances in medical research would be significantly slowed. The social security system functions well as a safety net along with the private pension plans supported by most businesses. John believes that a federal minimum health care system, with an emphasis on prevention, can function along with a private health care system. John does not believe in socialized medicine.
