Leadership
John believes that the most important aspect of a leader is his or her vision. John believes that it is the responsibility of a leader to constantly remain focused on a vision that uplifts all of society and that every decision that is made is compared to that vision. However, we do not live in a perfect world and many times certain members of society must suffer so that the whole of society can move forward. It is the duty of a leader to make those decisions. It is inherent in a leader to accept the fact that no decision can make everyone happy. It is the duty of a leader to believe that at the end of each day, the decisions that he or she made will be for the overall betterment of society as a whole as opposed to the betterment of a particular segment of society to the detriment of the whole of society.
