I have been reading all your latest posting and I can not believe my eyes.
I never remember you being such a harsh man.

Yes, I have the ability to meet people on any level. Yes, I would have
gone outside the church and tried to knock out all of Terry Myer's teeth if that
is what he wanted. I am an advocate for peace but I am not a pacifist.
If someone tries to strike my wife, I will do them harm. I will not turn
the other cheek.
I have been a member of this church for many many years and never in my wildest
imaginations would I have ever thought such a mess as this would be going on in
our 100th year in existence.

single case is that the situation was years in the making. Because people
were not mindful and vigilent, things got out of hand. When raising
children, you draw a line. If they cross the line, you punish them.
The goal is to keep them out of jail later in life. If your spouse hits
you once, you need counseling. You do not wait until you are laying in a
hospital bed bleeding from the kidneys and looking out from two black eyes.

The problem is that for the six years that Delgatto has been at Heights no one
demanded an accounting of the finances. Now there is $600,000 missing.
When you allow the session to over spend at the rate of $10,000 per month for
years, there is going to be a fight when you finally stand up. It is
really the old saying, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of
cure." The leadership at the church has been corrupt and evil.
Now there is going to be a purging and it is going to be harsh and
disharmonious. That is the cure. That is the way things are.
I pray that soon this lawsuit will all go away and I hope you too decide to
leave with it.

There is a chance that with all the lawyers involved, it may go on for five or
more years not counting the appeals.

Why do you think all this is on my web page? Why do you think more and
more people are coming to the web site each day?

They think this is a little ego/turf battle. It is not. It is the
beginnings of a great change in Christianity. Again look at the Catholic
Church and pedophile priests. Look at the Episcopal Church and gay
bishops. And look at the financial corruption in the Presbyterian Church.

Well Christ has not made himself known but the changes are already beginning.
Jesus was asked how people would know when he was going to return. He said
the same way you know if it is going to rain by looking at the sky. The
book of Revelation says that in the end times, the church will be in crisis.
Well, guess what? Christianity is in crises.

I feel so ashamed for even saying such a thing but you have brought anger out in

I feel that this whole situation was blown completely out of proportion and this
all could have been avoided if it was handled differently.

It started with Delgatto, then Patty Ellis, moved to the packed session, then to
the courts and then to Presbytery. There has been a tremendous effort to
cover up the finances for the last six years since the Fakes bequest and more so
with the corrupt HUD project. At every turn there has been an over
reaction to having an open congregational meeting. Ask yourself why these
people are so afraid of me. Why did they move the session meetings off the
church premises? Why did they cancel several congregational meetings that
the court said they had to let me attend? Why did they go to Presbytery
and set up an Administrative Commission to lie to the court and close off
further discussion? Why did Roy Keezel file an accusation to remove my
mother from the session? Why was she removed as trustee for asking the questions
that a trustee is supposed to ask? If you cannot see the fear of exposure,
then you really are not looking.
I thought I could talk to you via e-mail and that as an elder member of this
church you would show me some type of respect but I misjudged you.

I will be blocking you so that you can no longer send me any e-mails and upset
me and my husband anymore. He is not in very good health and I know that you
will get great pleasure out of picking at that fact just as you have picked at
the poor men that have had serious illnesses this year.

John I know your mother did not raise you to be such a cruel human being.

is whether you have real faith or not. The question is whether you believe
that God is in fact in control of what is going on at Heights or not. You
either accept the reality of all that you have been taught and live it, or you
live in the confusion of half faith. I have seen the hand of God in many
things in my life. I have attuned myself to an awareness of what is going
on around me and why things are the way they are. Do you really think this
mess is just a little fight between egos. It is not. It is way more
than that. If you cannot stand the heat, find another church. The
battle line has been drawn and God has something to say in this matter.
I just can not fathom your whole attitude towards these long time members or
short term members; you have no respect for anyone including yourself and
especially your wife.

How can you post her personal family business and family secrets on your web

rather than let someone make something out of nothing. Most all of this

almost all my life. I knew before I came into this life that I would fight
all the way through it. I just did not know that I would have to fight on
so many levels. But I have never lost one of these battles because I
listen to God and not human beings who have tuned God out. People who have
allowed all sorts of injustices to exist on this planet.

battle that two thirds of the world's population fight for existence each day.
Hitler killed the Jews, but we killed the American Indians. The Spanish
destroyed all the civilizations that existed on this continent. I believe
it was Cortez and 130 men who killed 100,000 Incas for their gold.
