yesterday. I know that everyone is very eager to hear the judge's

The judge has about 12 motions to consider in her own due time. I filed a
motion to hold off the decision until Friday to make sure she had everything.
I filed a brief yesterday to have the judge set a show cause hearing to hear
what everyone had to say and to stop the IHP and to have the court appoint an
auditor. That was posted to the internet yesterday.
Shortly I will post my response to Brown's Second Interim Report which is full
of lies.
Then yesterday I got another long motion from Brown to dismiss the case.
He set that hearing for next Monday. I will respond to that tomorrow and
post it. Chances of the case being dismissed are about zero. It is
too complex. Suzy Cisne, Arlene Boeing and Charlie Windham all attached
false affidavits to Brown's Motion. So did Lynn Johnson.
Their position is that as a church, they can do anything, rape, steal, embezzle,
lie, cheat and harass and not be held accountable by the courts because it is
all done in the name of Jesus.
Some kind of ruling will come from the judge this week maybe. If not, she
will wait until Monday. She will have to take about three to five hours
reviewing it all. The State and Federal Courts have already ruled in several
cases that our case cannot be dismissed.
If it is, I will go to the Appeals court and the judge knows it. One way
or another, the lawsuit will go on at least another year.
On the other hand she may be like the judge in my disbarment, he has taken four
months to make a decision and I am going to wipe that out.
Do you really think God is going to let all the lying and corruption go on?
Do you really think Jesus is happy that they have closed the membership of the
church, locked the doors and painted the sign of Satan on the side of His
church?
