Re: PCUSA v. Joyce Wolter
1) On several occasions letters were written to Lynn Johnson for a list of
Presbyterian attorneys. It is not proper to call attorneys on the
telephone and ask their religious affiliation. Lynn Johnson has refused to
send that list. Therefore, you are being requested for a list of
Presbyterian attorneys for Ms. Wolter to contact.
2) On several occasions, letters were written to Lynn Johnson for the supporting
documents regarding the bogus accusations. Ms. Wolter cannot hire an
attorney to represent her when she has nothing to show that attorney but a bogus
accusation letter that was written by Roy "the weasel" Keezel and a
list of charges that relate more to John WorldPeace, who is not a member of the
PCUSA, than to Joyce Wolter. Therefore, you are being asked for
those documents for Ms. Wolter to show to any attorney she contacts.
3) As you know everything that happens in this matter will be placed on
the web page at www.Presbyterians-R-Us.com and emails sent to all churches,
presbyteries, synods and the general assembly.
4) Further, as you know, we will present evidence to prove that the
Administrative Commission never spoke to the issue of the Independence Heights
monthly operating deficit that it tried to obligate HPC to and that Delgatto in
open court admitted that he did not have the permission of the congregation, the
session or the Presbytery to obligate HPC to the IHP. Therefore the
accusations that not only Ms. Wolter signed against Delgatto but thirty five
other members of HPC also signed are not unfounded.
5) As you know, the audit done by the Administrative Commission is short
by $100,000. Therefore, there were no lies told by Ms. Wolter and others
in regards to that as well. Of course we are going to prove the
Administrative Commission from which most of your witnesses come refused to
audit the years 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000, the first four years of Delgatto's
evil, which is contrary to Book of Order Rule G-10.0400 (4a) requiring an annual
audit.
6) You should also know that all the testimony that will be given in your
Kangeroo Court is going to be used in the trial in the 281st District Court,
Harris County, Texas. If you people think that lawsuit is over, you are
very wrong. The point is that the testimony that you have been so intent
of covering up is now going to come out as Ms. Wolter proves that the
accusations that she made against Joe Delgatto are not lies. You have put
this on the table and so you are not going to be able to stop the testimony.
The truth is Ms. Wolter's defense and Christ is her witness.
7) Virtually all the accusations against Delgatto are true and there are
witnesses prepared to testify. Just because this matter has not gone to
court yet does not mean that we do not have evidence. This was the mistake
of the corrupt Commission and its lying attorney Reagan Brown when he tried to
block the case in the civil court. That case is not over. And since
no discovery was done, you people do not know what we have to put on the table
at your "dog and pony show".
8) So you folks just go ahead and play your little game, and we will see
what comes of your corruption. In the meantime, we need that list of
attorneys and those supporting documents to the lies of Roy "the
weasel" Keezel.
9) You people are receiving all the respect you deserve from me.
10) Attached find a letter that I just sent to the congregation of HPC.
11) My suggestion is that you tell that snake Mike Cole to call off his
dogs and get out of HPC immediately.
12) Oh yes, I did not see any list of child witnesses who said they were
afraid of the big bad wolf John WorldPeace. Children only know what their
parents teach them. Just like the downs syndrome kid who called me a
"fucker" in the sanctuary two weeks ago. He could have only
gotten that from his grandmother or some of the other members of the
congregation who curse as a matter of course: like Bennie Grable and Betty
Tribble: On the steps of the sanctuary and in front of children no less.
13) You will get a kinder letter from my mother with the above requests.
I just wanted to give you corruptors a heads up. This letter is from John
WorldPeace, not Joyce Wolter. I video taped. Not Ms. Wolter.
14) From my reading of the Bible, Jesus hatred was always directed at the
church bureaucrats like you people. He referred to them as Pharisees and
Sadducees. And they crucified him. I think this goes along with
Presbyterian church bureaucrats who cannot refrain from doing evil in the name
of God in order to promote their very earthly demagoguery.
Matt 3:7 But when he (John) saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming
for baptism, he said to them, "You brood of vipers, who warned you to flee
from the wrath to come."
Acts 5:17 But the high priest rose up, along with all his associates (that
is the sect of the Sadducees) and they were filled with jealously.
Matt 23: 15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees hypocrites, because you
travel around on sea and land to make one proselyte; and when be becomes one,
you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.
Luke 11: 42 But woe to you Pharisees! For you pay the tithe of mint and
rue and every kind of garden herb, and yet disregard justice and the love of
God: but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the
others. Woe to you Pharisees! For you love the chief seats in the
synagogues and the respectful greetings in the market places. Woe to
you! For you are like conceal tombs, and the people who walk over them are
unaware of it.
Luke 16: 14 Now, the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, were listening
to all these things and were scoffing at Him. And He said to them,
"You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows
your hearts; for that which is highly esteemed among men is detestable in the
sight of God.
I will make you New Age Pharisees and Sadducees infamous.
