[tom DeLay]

WASHINGTON - House Majority Whip Tom DeLay (R-Texas) was elected Majority Leader for the 108th Congress by Members of the Republican Conference.  DeLay will succeed retiring Majority Leader Dick Armey (R-Texas).  DeLay ran unopposed.

Texas Christians and Jews join forces at the first rally to rid the world of evil Muslims.  United States Representative and Majority Whip Tom DeLay demonizes Muslims and along with Pastor John Hagge leads the first major Christian rally in Bush's coming Christian/Muslim war.

Bush and the Republican Party  now have control of all the branches of the United States Federal government.  Now the Christian fundamentalists are coming back out of the closet and coalescing into the First Neo Crusade of the Third Millennium to rid the Middle East of Muslim control.  The first step is to secure Iraq as a home base for the coming Christian war on Islam.

The intolerance of the Christian fundamentalists has begun to move to the forefront of American politics with their message of hatred and intolerance for and judgment of the Muslims in the Middle East (and the rest of the world).

The Jews believe that God almighty himself gave them the land of Caanan and the modern day Jews believe they have the right to invoke the mandate of Joshua to kill every non-Jew occupying Israel and Palestine in order to reestablish Neo Israel.

The Christian fundamentalist believe that Jesus will return and that there will be a great battle at Armageddon where Jesus will return to pass judgment on all non-Christians.  Jesus will return to make the whole world Christian.

Now of course the question that neither Jews nor Christians want to discuss is whether Jesus will return favoring Jews or Christians.  It is hard to believe that he could  favor both.  Of course Jesus was born a Jew and died a Jew.  It was Paul and Peter who established Christianity.  So Jesus was never really a Christian.

Since the Jews are expecting their own messiah and since they rejected and murdered Jesus (for which the fundamentalist Christians have condemned them in the past) the question needs to be asked if there will be two messiahs or one; and if only one, will he be partial to Jews or Christians.  Surely Christians and Jews cannot be equal.  The Christians demand that to live in eternity with Jesus one must be baptized a Christian.

Well Jews are not going to be baptized in the name of Jesus.  So will the returning Jesus require all the Jews to become baptized as Christians or be thrown into the eternal fires of Hell that he has prepared for the Muslims (per the most righteous fundamentalist Christians - Buddhists and Hindus must go to Hell as well - but one religious war at a time).

I suppose that it was natural that the Neo-Crusades would launch from Texas, Bush's home state.

God save the world from the religious fanaticism that is about to begin the gathering of all the armies of the world in Iraq in preparation for the battle of Armageddon.

John Hagge has scored a coup by being the first to ally himself with Tom Delay, the new Majority Whip in the United States House of Representatives.  Can we not expect all the rest of the billion dollar tele-evangelists to jump on board and bring millions of Christians fundamentalist to the Neo-Crusades?  Will these tele-evangelist begin to build armies of Christian soldiers to go to the Middle East and kill in the name of Jesus, truth, justice and the American way?

I ask myself which is the most important role for George Bush, Neo-Christian Crusader seeking to redeem souls or Neo-Imperialist Capitalist seeking profits from the Iraq oil he intends to confiscate in the coming war?  Or does George envision himself both as king of the world and God's top general over his Christian soldiers?

Will the song "Onward Christian Soldiers" be required singing at all future Bush meetings and events?  Will Bush's cabinet members be required to carry their Neo-Christian membership cards with them at all times?  Will Tom DeLay become Bush's No. 1 defender of the Christian faith after an appropriate cabinet position is created for him?

Will George Bush be the last President of the United States as he becomes the first king of the new Christian Theocracy which replaces the old Christian Democracy?

5,000 Christians, Jews vow to unite, denounce `evil' in support of Israel

SAN ANTONIO -- Five thousand Christians and Jews, led by a top congressional leader and viewed by a global television audience, vowed mutual support on Sunday in a special religious service that called for the eternal preservation of Israel despite constant threats from "evil" enemies.

The Rev. John Hagee's giant Cornerstone Church was nearly filled for his 21st annual "Night to Honor Israel." Those in attendance left no doubt they support Israel's defense efforts and endorse President Bush's efforts to oust Yasser Arafat as the Palestinian Authority's leader and to confront Saddam Hussein in Iraq.

"Since the Republican party became the majority party in the House of Representatives, our leaders have consistently supported Israel as a just and democratic nation," said House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, R-Sugar Land.

"Let me assure all of you here tonight, as long as I remain majority leader I will use every tool at my disposal to ensure that the House of Representatives continues to preserve and strengthen America's alliance with the state of Israel," DeLay said, drawing a standing ovation from a crowd of three busloads of Jews from the Houston area.

"America has a clear duty to stand beside a democratic ally that is besieged by terrorists," DeLay said, adding, "I believe most Americans feel the pull of kinship with the men and women of Israel."

Citing numerous biblical references, Hagee said Israel has a divine right to its land and is entitled to defend it.

"Victory will come over these fanatical Islamic terrorists. Peace will come. Joy will come. Singing and laughter will replace this long night of heartache," Hagee predicted.

"To our Jewish friends in Israel and around the world, we represent 70 million evangelical Christians in America. We are Zionists. If a line has to be drawn, then draw the line around both Christians and Jews. We are one. We are united. We are indivisible," he said.

"It's time for Christians in America to stop praising the dead Jews of the past -- meaning Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- while slandering the Jewish people across the street. They represent the same family," Hagee said.

Noting that the broadcast would be seen in the Middle East, including Iraq, Hagee said, "Listen up, Saddam ... you can sleep in a different bed every night trying to escape the judgment you richly deserve. It's not going to help you. There's a Texan in the White House and he's gonna take you down," Hagee said, drawing wild applause and cheers.

"The window of opportunity to defeat Saddam Hussein and the axis of evil is limited ... I am thankful that America has a president like George W. Bush, who has the courage to call Saddam's hand ... to stand up for Israel under fire," Hagee said.

Jews are accustomed to attacks on the legitimacy of the 54-year-old Israeli state and -- with the support of Christians -- they are prepared to continue fighting for its existence, said Yael Ravia-Zadok, the Houston-based Israeli consulate general for the southwestern United States.

"Tonight, as we stand here together, we are saying to the world that despite all the obstacles -- the painful price that we had paid and we are still paying during the last two years of cruel terror -- we are here, we are strong and we are resilient," she said.

"Here, from the Cornerstone Church, we share our friendship and commitment -- a commitment for peace, a commitment for democracy, a commitment to struggle against those who threaten our lives and our freedom, a commitment to assure our children a better world," she said.

"We won't let the terror win," she said, likewise drawing a thunderous ovation.

How can we manifest peace on earth if we do not include everyone (all races, all nations, all religions, both sexes) in our vision of Peace?
